This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how information about users of the hindibindi.ru online store (the “Site”), operated by a sole proprietor (the “Operator”), is processed and protected.

By using the Site, placing an order, creating an account or subscribing to notifications, you accept the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, please stop using the Site.

1. What data we collect

The Operator processes the following categories of data:

  • first and last name provided at registration or checkout;
  • phone number;
  • email address;
  • delivery address (country, city, street, building, apartment, postal code);
  • order history, cart contents and favorites list;
  • Telegram account identifier — only if you voluntarily link Telegram for notifications;
  • technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies.

2. Purposes of processing

  • receiving, confirming and fulfilling orders, including delivery;
  • contacting the customer about an order (phone, email, Telegram, WhatsApp);
  • maintaining the account area: order history, addresses, bonuses and balance;
  • sending order status notifications via the channel you selected;
  • improving the Site and the quality of service;
  • complying with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies to store cart contents, favorites, language preferences and login sessions. Disabling cookies in your browser may limit some Site features.

The Site may use anonymized web analytics counters (e.g. Yandex.Metrica). They collect aggregated visit statistics and cannot identify an individual visitor. You can restrict counters via browser settings or extensions.

4. Sharing data with third parties

The Operator does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil the contract or where required by law:

  • courier services and postal operators — to the extent needed for delivery (name, phone, address);
  • payment providers — to process payments (the Operator does not store full card details);
  • state authorities — upon a substantiated request in cases established by Russian law.

5. Storage and protection

Personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. Data is kept for the lifetime of the account and, after deletion, for the period required by law (including tax and accounting regulations).

The Operator applies organizational and technical safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted staff access, action logging and regular software updates.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • obtain information about which of your data is processed;
  • request correction, blocking or deletion of your data;
  • withdraw your consent to personal data processing;
  • opt out of mailings and notifications in your account settings;
  • file a complaint with Roskomnadzor if you believe your rights have been violated.
